These items went to the account that was signed in at the register, or to nobody. Fix the credit, split it, or confirm it's right. Fixes apply to commission only; Shopify's own reports don't change.

People appear here the first time they're credited with a sale. Shopify only shares staff ID numbers with apps, so type each name once (the recent sales under each ID help you tell who's who), or let staff name themselves the first time they open My commission on the register. Everyone needs a PIN to see their commission or sign their agreement.

Rates, tiers and targets apply per pay period. Each plan shows its terms for the pay period you pick; saving changes them from that period on, so earlier periods keep their terms. Staff with a signed agreement will need a new one.
Bonuses on top of commission for selling particular products during set dates. They follow the sale's credit, splits, return window and returns.

Who can use this app
The store owner can always use it. Other people who open it from the Shopify admin are listed here; turn on the ones who should manage commission. Everyone else is refused, including logins used on the register.
